Robin is the founder and President of Castine Consulting LLC, where he's been revolutionizing the commission management space for three decades. He directs a team that drives Castine's industry-leading products that power over 2,000 firms worldwide, including more than 500 top-tier asset managers and brokers. Robin recently spearheaded the acquisition of French RMS powerhouse ResearchPool, expanding Castine's global footprint and capabilities. Robin is a frequent panelist at institutional conferences in New York and London and combines deep industry and technical knowledge while maintaining an equally deep commitment to community service.

products. As Account Management Director at Castine, Bob is again leading a team of Client Success professionals supporting and partnering with clients to drive great outcomes.

Al has been working in the financial software industry for over 20 years, across various verticals from Software Development to Client Services/Implementations to Product Management. In his role, Al collaborates closely with Senior Management, Development and Client Services to deliver high-end software solutions through Implementations and Release / Upgrade processes.

Pedro is an industry expert, product builder, and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Castine, he was the founder and CEO of ResearchPool, a research management platform recently acquired by Castine. Europe-based and Portuguese-born, Pedro speaks three languages fluently, which helps him navigate the European continent’s diverse business landscape.

Fernando leads the company’s global cloud strategy and platform operations.
